WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • A climate-controlled, modern farmhouse-style building for indoor ceremony and/or reception

  • 250 folding white ceremony chairs

  • 250 rattan and white reception chairs (which are unique to Mae's Ridge!)

  • Round tables for 250, cake and buffet tables

  • Several gorgeous settings for ceremony spots, including The Grove, Sunset Ridge, and the Pavilion

  • Indoor/outdoor bar and patio, including a lush green lawn for lawn games and cocktail hour

  • Gorgeous bridal lounge with private bathroom and shower

  • The new Wedding Party room includes a lounge, bar, TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, and covered patio.

  • Vendors extra room

  • 2-hour photo session with your own photographer (may not be transferred to wedding day time)

  • 1-hour rehearsal (time and date permitting when there is not an event) You may use this as an extra hour for your wedding day (prior).

  • An amazing preferred vendor list to assure you are in the best hands.

Monday - Thursday (11 AM - 10 PM) | $4,500

Friday (11 AM - 11 PM) | $7,500

Saturday (11 AM - 11 PM) | $11,000

Sunday (11 AM - 10 PM) | $6,500

We allow an extra hour for cleanup

These hours may be moved up by 2 hours (example 9:00 am to 9:00 pm)

50% down to reserve your date (the rest is due 3 months prior to your event)

Note – A Day of Planner/Coordinator from our list of our Favorite Planners is required. If you have hired a planner and they have sent you to Mae’s Ridge, please put them in touch with us to make sure they meet our requirements.

Band Surcharge- We will charge an extra $200 fee for the band/stage breakdown time.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

 

Guests can book their stay at the lovely www.hillsideacresretreat.com which is located directly across the street or Casitas at Caballo Creek 1/2 mile down and several other new lodging options nearby.
